WHY IS THE MORPH-WING CORE UNIQUE?
TORQUE INDUCED PRECESSION
Torque induced precession pulls the ball in the direction of the center of mass. This can cause a ball to retain or lose axis rotation faster on the lane.
It all comes down to CONTROLLED WEIGHT SHIFT: when your pro shop operator drills into the “wing” the internal weight changes dramatically.
This shift greatly transforms the core numbers, giving you a completely different flare pattern and motion that no other asymmetric shape can match.
Torque induced precession is true gyroscopic precession. It has a huge influence on the rotation of a bowling ball. This happens because angular momentum chases the torque created by the center of mass.

The Versatile Response Solid (V-R1™) is a proprietary, hyper-reactive solid reactive matrix. Formulated with a specific blend of polymers and chemical additives, the V-R1™ coverstock exhibits a unique Dynamic Surface Friction (DSF) profile. This allows it to generate controlled, predictable traction through the mid-lane and backend on medium to medium/heavy oil volumes, without succumbing to premature burnout or over-reaction at the breakpoint.
